Individual Counselling in Melbourne
One-on-one counselling for adults, teens, and children — helping you navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, life change, and emotional wellbeing at your own pace.
A Safe Space to Work Through What’s Hard
Life can be overwhelming — especially when you’re trying to support someone else while carrying your own load. Individual counselling at Brave Mental Health offers a private, confidential space where you can slow down, be heard, and start to make sense of what you’re going through.
Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship difficulties, grief, or something harder to name — our counsellors meet you where you are. There’s no agenda to push and no timeline to follow. This is your time.

- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) — for anxiety, depression, and unhelpful thought patterns

Telehealth & In-Person
All individual counselling sessions are available via secure telehealth or in-person, depending on your preference. Many clients find telehealth just as effective — and far more convenient when managing a busy life or disability-related access needs.
NDIS Funding
Individual counselling may be funded under your NDIS plan. This is typically funded through Capacity Building — Improved Daily Living or Improved Health and Wellbeing, depending on your plan goals. We work with plan managed and self managed participants.
